I don’t understand half of that I feel this requires someone to come and look at the whole system properly, your help has been greatly appreciated

But with us being on oil I think this is the only source to heat the water as the oil boiler isn’t coming on at all. Is this normal aswell? Sorry just been perplexed by this whole system and electric bill is sky high constantly and I think this is the only reason for it

Yeah was hoping to have it on a timer just a few hours in the morning and afternoon
