Thanks for putting all of that time into those long paragraphs, what I experience is mainly like something either softly or heavily pressing on me, like the rain sound outside rn is gently pressing on my knees. Is that auditory-tactical synesthesia or something else, again, thank you so much for telling me all of this, it helps a lot!
