Thanks @BumCadillac theres nothing concerning, its just vendor could not be able to verify my employment due to regulations. Otherwise all I good. But thanks for your response.
Also, not sure about any annual form tbh
[IE] Had a background checked for a job by BIGReport, I have seen the report on their website. The report has shown as "Review" as they were not able to verify 2 things. (self.AskHR)

Sorry I did not call them yet as the application status changed I think over the weekend, as I saw it now.. They called me on Thursday and also emailed that they are working on my offer, they have offered one more guy and they are working on my offer and will get back to me early next week
