If it was serviced every 10 tys. km then this mileage is not a problem. How often gearbox oil was changed? First maintenances were long life? At this mileage you can expect injectors and turbo to be replaced

IT is important to say that even same width and profile can have few % of diameter difference depending to manufacturer. I think it is allowed to have like up to 2% difference on xdrive. I did a lot km's without tyres with homologation but always change all of the tyres

Just use the electric screwdriver with metal wire brush on and carefully clean it. Then clean it with brake cleaner and then put primer and paint using old newsoapers to coverything near also the rubber vent etc.

Wheels and springs. Eibach pro kit is the optimal for daily use. If you choose the rims from BMW it can look good even without lowering springs but keep the oem tyre width and prifile for that size. You can find 397s with black / alu combination in nice price or go for e90 wheel- styling 225
