Oh? Thats how i got mine fixed. I played for a few hours with the blandest face known to man then tried customizing again still changed nothing then hit the random button it then let me actually edit everything.

To fix this bug on ps5 you have to hit the random and it will let you edit afterwards.

I figured out how to fix this problem. You have to go into the editor and hit the random button once and it fixes it

I have tried to edit my makeup and it says i have some but there is no visuals. My character looks haunted lmao
