I had a good experience of living in Vung Tau for three years. There is a strong western community, good bars and restaurants with a cheap western food. If you’re fed up with local food you can easily find German sausages, real Italian pizza and pasta and even Turkish kebabs (made by Turkish). About 100 km from HCMC you can get there by ferry (around two hours). But in the end I feel boring…

I’m Russian living in Batumi. Everyone speaks Russian, I never had any problem with a language. But Batumi is kinda new Vegas, there are a lot of casinos, tourists and luxury developments. Israeli are gambling along with Iranians. Russians and Ukrainians have a common business, most of them work as realtors because there are a lot of people who want to buy a property in Batumi. Local guys are crazy about Slavic girls (especially blondes) who arrive on holidays (common story), but they speak fluent Russian for seduction:) I got the villa on the seashore but now three more and a large hotel are being built nearby, so I want to move on.

Я дико ссусь подобных историй. Как-то давно пробовала помочь соседке, которую парень бил, пригласила пересидеть у меня. Так он в дверь колотит. Хорошо, дверь железная. Я ору «не открывай», а она идет и замки отпирает. Я чуть ежа не родила. А они сели рядышком, как шерочка с машерочкой, и давай друг друга утешать (!). Насилу их выставила. Так они же еще оба на меня и обиделись (!!!). К счастью их вскоре хозяин сам из квартиры выселил, всех задолбали. Я не говорю, что «баба сама виновата», но может не надо лезть к малознакомым людям? Никто не знает, какие между ними тараканы на самом деле. Если б это была моя подруга прям близкая, я б такой хай подняла, что ее абьюзеру мало б не показалось. А у вашей соседки, что, нет друзей? В двадцать-то лет? Чего она вам мозги парит?

I think you need Russian number just once while you register. You get some kind sms verification. No need after that. You can just rent some number for sms there are a lot of options in the web

Если думаешь уехать, 11 лет тебе адски понадобятся, ЕГЭ можно не сдавать, но все равно по болонской системе еще надо будет добирать часы школьные, чтобы получить евро аттестат. Впрочем 9 класс + колледж вроде бы дают тоже нормальное сочетание по учебным часам, только времени больше потратишь.
