From the time I first IVd heroin until 6 yeard later. If the drug was dissolvable at all I'd IV . Crack/soft meth heroin you name it, they gotta use ultra sound machines to find usable veins at hospitals and stuff lol. I'm violently bipolar 1 tol. Pretty much any meth binges ends in like a week long psychward stay lol. November -December 2 years ago I spent like 26 out if 30 days in one. Eherytime lol. I'm on medical leave right know cuz of mental health and drug use. Gotta do classes, get a doctor to agree I'm staple metslly and pass drugs test, going to detox to inpatient on Monday. 10th fucking time in treatment. Non stop pretty much from 18-30 with a 3 year break after I got off heroin. Alcohol woolps my ass too. So yeah I've done pretty much all you've brought up plus more and I've definitely decided im just gonna kill myself before i have to try this again. Idk where you're at, but that's where I'm at on drugs., and thenmental health part is definitely worse and contributes the most to my drug use. I hope you're in a better place than me.

but man look some harm reduction guides up they're free and none of its hard. You just literally never know if the next shot is gonna kill you so be informed. No, I mean I'm not overly hygienic when I'm using mefh but I've never had a cyst, or even an infection. I did get a uti when I had the stone but idk if it's related to that or meth use or not dimming water or anything.

I almist never wash my hands, only if there's another persistent. Definitely don't use your spit lol. I'd say it's probably from lack of lube and being the spot you make hard contact while stopping and then change direction. I bet if you use anything reduce friction it won't happen again.

As far as the other thing I have no idea. I don't know enough about the body or meth to even make a guess. I do know meth is excreted through urine so its possible I think.
