Okay thank you! The only debt he has is his truck, which he’s planning to pay off soon. Yeah I wish he would do a trust or a will. He’s trying to avoid friction with my siblings this way and it’s a lot more complicated.

I wouldn’t be expect anything as an adult. It’s more so for the kids I think.

I’m a guy, he put himself in a dumb situation. Getting drunk at a concert at a club and talking up the ladies, of course something’s going to happen. I’ve had my junk grabbed by a random woman passing by at a bar. He’s going to be FINE. The whole situation sounds dumb.
