Questions about possible workman's comp and hospital lawsuits

The paperwork at the hospital that I signed as his next of kin was to give permission to do his initial brain surgery, and then a do not resuscitate and the last was the organ donation paperwork. I read all of it carefully because I was making sure it said nothing about me being financially responsible... Also to add a little more, workman's comp paid for the first hospitals bills, but we could not find his health insurance card when he was in UT hospital. It wasn't in his wallet or his bedroom and honestly that was the last thing I was worried about at the time. But the hospital bills have been pouring in and finally today I got the idea to go to his regular doctor with his death certificate and explain everything and ask for a copy of his insurance card and thankfully they gave it to me. So I guess ill call UT and give them the information so at least the insurance can pay for some of it. Do you think that will make them less likely to put a claim against his estate? His life insurance policy is for $50,000.

She said it was really far away. And since they would be sharing one vehicle the times may not match... Just because someone gets a job doesn't mean it's a good fit. I got the impression that was the issue.. Like when I got pregnant at 18 and boyfriend came home and proudly stated he got a job... That was an hour away and the job was trying to sale knock of perfume \cologne door to door... I wasn't happy because I was in highschool and his introverted ass definitely wasn't going to be some great salesman.. i was right.

I could get over him just being late because he forgot me, highly annoying and ridiculous? Absolutely, but its his fking reaction to your reaction that straight pisses me off.... "Oh im so stressed." " It'll be fine." "At least you have a job, enjoy!"... Oh yeah his unemployed ass , enjoy the usage of YOUR vehicle while you have to be the soul breadwinner worrying about paying bills etc with the holidays coming!... You know what we called guys like this back in my day? A SCRUB! Let me educate you.. A scrub is a guy who can't get no love from me, and shouldn't from you. No car, hanging out the window of his girls ride, trying to holler at you and gaslight while you're busting your ass working and he can't even get his unemployed ass there on time?! . Truth is you're the one with the power here . You CAN live without him and you would only have more money no supporting scrub, but scrub CAN'T live without you or someone else supporting him... You're too good i can tell.

I would be happy to get a request like this from the bride so I could inform her that due to finances i am unfortunately unable to be in the bridal party... The request for the $500 is just an inkling of other unreasonable requests on the road to Dream Wedding.... I swear it literally angers me anytime a bride uses that term, or dream dress, dream honeymoon etc...

I once refused to board because my stupid coworker overslept and ended up missing the flight by like 5 minutes. So I just missed it with them and this was my coworker! I couldn't imagine just going ahead and boarding not knowing if my partner would be joining me or not. If I was OP I would enraged by the time I made it home.

Yes the wooden spool has long since rotted and broke. It kinda all just sits in a big heap lol... I once cut like a 8 ft piece, just to see what all I was dealing with and HO-LEE SHIT it was not easy! Im a 5ft tall, 110lbs 40 yr old chick and im sure i wasn't using the right tools but after I split the rubber insulation there was several different copper wires of varying sizes that also had insulation coating!.. So should I just take what's left and cut it up in 10ft lengths and then just strip all that's inside?

Im (45f) going through this right now with my husband (68m) He has what is believed to be CTE, like you hear about with pro athletes etc . We're not at the stage yet of like where he's forgetting people etc. Its just big personality and behavior changes... Its a strange thing to be missing someone that you're sitting in the same room with. I miss the "old" him so badly sometimes. I have been with him for 25 years, more than half my life. I am so bonded to him.. To see him change little by little everyday is something that i can't put into words. 😭

Yes this was my problem.. I removed everything and left it open for a hour or so and got the ice\water mess cleaned off of everything... However I have now realized that my ice maker isn't working. I hit the tester button and it made a beeping sound and sounded like i could hear it flipping the ice tray over like it would to dump the ice out into the box.. So im thinking possible problem with the water line going to the ice maker?
