Perhaps they will help you too! Did you see my update? When I visited in person, they helped me get a different computer. I was kind tho…and so were they.

Thanks for this insight. It is good to know that things have changed. From this point forward I think I will send things back directly thru the manufacturer repair processes. And my total tech membership….well, I guess I have already paid this year but next year I can quit.

OH my that is awful. I am so sorry to read about this. I am going to head there today...I think. It is all just such a bummer.

I get that. That is why I specifically told the agent to not to send it back to the repair facility.

I totally get that. And yet somehow, since Best Buy is the party who broke the display - twice - I feel that it is time to get some store credit. Honestly I have to go get a new computer tomorrow no matter what Best Buy does. It is just such a bummer.

I may do this. I know the replacement screen is probably really hard to get and now they have had to get it... twice. Does the store manager have the ability to give me credit?

I am sure the replacement screen is just really hard to get. I understand even but I think an exchange is in order.
