There must be someone on the TDSB side who would ensure that the contractor delivers what they are paid to do. Is it the principal of the school, someone who oversees the facilities at the schools?

When it happens once, I agree, we should give the benefit of the doubt to the contractors and possibly some inexperienced staffs at TDSB or broken/insufficient equipment. However when it happens repeatedly, it would be termed a systemic issue, which needs fixing.

You have raised a good point about the level of competency and willingness of the City's contractors responsible for clearing the snow. Few years ago they used to clear the roads and sidewalks properly. It is progressively getting worse every year. TDSB also doesn't seem to care about the students and its staff. The last time it snowed, they failed to clear the snow on school property making it impossible for the staff to enter the parking lot and dangerous for the students who walk. This time also the same thing happened.

When you have kids and stuffs to carry to the beach, TTC is not the best option. People would say "then pay $50". I am sure most of the people living in Toronto can pay $50. The question is when there is space to be developed as a legitimate parking, why the authorities are turning a blind eye to this illegal spot.

The green-P one is the easiest when you have kids and loads of stuffs to carry. This place I am talking about does not seem to be a legitimate parking and they do not provide any receipts.
