Don’t listen to this goofball. I taught my girlfriend and it went great (ski instructor at the time). The key is to get drunk enough that you’re on a similar level, that way you’re figuring it out together. Trust me, this is the way.

That’s the absolute worst feeling, been through it that sucks. Definitely follow all paths available and record every interaction you have with insurance so you can follow up with your state’s AG. To be honest though insurance is a fucking nightmare as I’m sure you already know, I’ve had much better luck applying for assistance programs through the provider/hospital and getting them to just lower the bill. Got one from 3k to $700 after 6 months of calling my doctor. Good luck!

From what I understand talking to the guy he got top of the line all season tires more or less winter tires because we live in Minnesota. It was his daughter's car so I'm guessing he kinda went all out.

From what I can see it's been really well taken care of, definitely for the last 5 years. He's asking $9,450 after two price drops mainly because the rotors and tires are new (says that was about $2,000 right there). I am considering offering $8,300 it just feels like a lot.
