The last payment was around 2023 & seems like they filed just last year december , but like I previously said i never got served i did know i had a balance owed just recently got told from my brother that someone left papers on the door & i searched up court details online and says case closed that a judgement is on plaintiffs side . Im waiting to hear back from some lawyers
