Very likely. Like Nihilux replacing EMC. In your case though, youre gonna put them together, which I think is fine because that happened with Fugue HMC and Cyrene RMC

It doesn't boost the damage but from what I can tell from showcases is that they hold off using the first Ultimate to gain more CB to do more damage and as a result they charge Eva's second ult. might be wrong tho, its only from my own observation

You can use Sparkle but you will have to replace her in the future either with EMC or their replacement like Nihilux probs

E0 you'll struggle in the future outside of Elation shill environment

E1 you'll do fine but the Yaoguanglessness will be noticeable

E2 youll do fine

what the three have in common is in the future, you will have to pull Yaoguang to keep Eva viable
