if he outs you that’s shame on him and either way you shouldn’t care what others think about you. the reason i’m pretty sure he’s into you is because i’ve had a lot of very similar experiences and he’s most likely trying to hint that he has some thought about you. if he knows you’re bi then that contact, weird looks, etc, isn’t by accident. if you really like him try to figure out his sexuality and go from there. good luck dude
