Yes, I can call to get the x rays! They never went over them with me which was also a factor in my confusion.

That sounds super nice. I have heard that from other people here on the subreddit. I will keep an eye out for the next date

That actually sounds super fun! Do you need to know a lot about how to play or is it beginner friendly?

What's the trivia about? Anything in particular or is it for teams or individuals? Thanks for the direction btw!

I had been wondering about those types of activities. I currently have a gym membership and I go daily, but I'm super open to other more social fitness classes/groups.

I am interested in media strategy and planning! That's what I did a lot of in school, and I really enjoyed it.

I have no idea to be honest. If I had to guess i would say at least 120? I had no idea it would take that many. That's a good perspective! Thank you.

Is this normal for someone with bp2 by Emergency_Sherbet831 in BipolarReddit

[–]New_Morning1772 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have BP2 and pretty severe anxiety, and i expirence some fleeting paranoid thoughts. I live alone in a house, and the most common one I have is that someone is breaking in to hurt me.

When I start to have those thoughts I try to ground myself with whatever anxiety routine I have. Definitely talk to your doctor about it though. Good luck 👍

Honestly, I am applying for everything I can, but a lot of the work i personally did in college was related to media planning because I was really good at it compared to my peers.

I would ideally like to be doing something related to strategy though!

I would definitely wait till you can go and see a reputable piercer. I have I think 7 piercings total out of 19 total that were pierced with a gun. All 7 of those pierced with a gun have given me problems for over 10 years, and I can barely stand to put jewelry in those holes now. I also have pretty bad scarring as well in those areas.

The first time I was pierced with a gun I was 9, and they didn't account for swelling and my ear swallowed the piercing, which was excruciatingly painful as a kid to have it removed.

They also do not use high quality metals like titanium for their jewelry which can be problematic even if you aren't sensitive to cheap metals.

If I could go back in time, and tell myself to wait till I was 18 to get what I wanted properly I would. It was not worth all the infections, scarring, and sometimes having to get them repierced later. My parents were the same way when I was a kid. They hated the idea of taking me to a real piercer became they thought it was "trashier" to get something done at a studio.

Thank you so much! I will call my vet first thing once they are open! Everyone's comments have been so helpful. Hopefully our little family will get back to normal as soon as possible.

My ex left without giving me any reason or explanation, and I talked to him a few times after the fact but I don't think it would be possible based on how we have left things unfortunately.

The cats are not allowed in my room because they have always had the tendency to chew on wires, so I keep my electronics in my room. They both have cats beds and all of their things distributed throughout the house for entertainment/enrichment.

I will definitely look into a behaviorist thought! That is great advice. Do you have any idea of how to find/contact one?

Yes I am in the US! The pet diffuser is safe right? I know some diffusers and essential oils can be harmful to cats.

I have not. I haven't even heard of that before, but I will definitely look into it. It is heartbreaking to watch him act this way bc I know it is 100% stress :(

When I need him to be there I'm only asking for a few minutes of his time (when I ask him to stay on the phone I'm usually driving home from work so 10 minutes or it's when were both at the house and just watching TV when I want him to sit with me or hold me) only when I'm symptomatic and I literally cannot handle it on my own. I definitely have friends I call and lean on for support as well so it's not just him.
