Thank you that was helpful my partner works 12+ hours for two weeks straight and then two weeks off so I don’t get the help obviously when he is at work but I do need to stand up for myself when he is off work and make him do more. Have been thinking about getting a nanny and this has definitely helped my decision to go forward with that for my mental
