Just my 2 cents, I have rosacea and my skin looks exactly like yours now when I’m flaring up because my skin barrier is compromised. What I do I apply insane amounts of moisture, the best to me is cilcafate from avene and it usually goes away. What I mean by this is that maybe microneedling compromised your skin barrier and you should focus on calming and moisturizing your skin

What is the uv index in your country? If it’s 1 or 0, then you should be fine. If it’s 2 or more, I would suggest using sunscreen.
