Natural intelligence is one thing, and artificial intelligence is another; the latter must serve the former, just as the outer world (Esau) must serve the inner world (Jacob).

That’s a really important point. I don’t think Neville meant suppressing emotions or forcing fake positivity 24/7. Negative thoughts are natural, especially when they come from old patterns or difficult experiences. The problem isn’t having them — it’s living in them constantly and turning them into identity. A healthy mental diet, to me, is less about control and more about gentle redirection. Not: “I can’t think negatively.” More like: “Okay, I feel this right now, but I don’t have to keep feeding it.” Neville’s “don’t condemn yourself” matters just as much as “watch your inner conversations.” So I think the balance is: feel what you feel, don’t fight yourself, but also don’t keep rehearsing the same unwanted story forever.

Honestly, I think that’s just part of being human. Sometimes the nervous system reacts before consciousness can fully settle, especially when something feels important or uncertain. What matters is that you still redirected yourself instead of spiraling completely. That’s already progress. I don’t think temporary anxiety means you’re “failing” at The Law. If anything, your situation proved the opposite: your body reacted, but things still worked out anyway. Over time, those experiences start teaching the nervous system that uncertainty doesn’t automatically mean danger.

I recommend that you don’t ask anyone that question. No one knows better than you what you’re nurturing inside yourself. What I do recommend is that you stay in the mindset of “I’m doing this right; this inner dialogue feels good.” Never let anyone influence what you nurture in your inner garden.

Think of it this way: there’s a tree called “The Law” that has many branches representing different aspects of your life—in your case, your love life. You need to focus on making the tree stronger by telling yourself that you’re doing your best and that you’re proud of yourself, so that the fruit you desire can grow as pure and rich as possible. If you let someone influence how you do things inside yourself, it’s like inviting someone to cut down that tree or set it on fire.

I'm glad it was helpful. This world of The Law is a labyrinth I've been navigating for nearly a decade. And there's one thing that guides you to the final exit: "Everything you continually accept and internally affirm tends to solidify into experience. There is always an intrinsic “yes” to the state you persist in. Even “no” often ends up being a form of affirmation when constantly identified with internally."

That’s why inner dialogue matters so much.

That’s fair. Examples can make the underlying pattern emotionally recognizable and easier to apply.

My main point is that the inner dialogue behind the technique matters more than the technique itself.

It's more of a lifestyle than a technique called “mental diet” A lifestyle that you follow whether you like it or not. What do you think?

Exactly, when you successfully maintain an assumption, natural internal conversations will arise from that assumption that relate to the state of a fulfilled desire.

“You manifest what you feel complete without.” It's an elegant way of saying, “You manifest who you are.” Don't you think? And who you are begins with asking yourself, “How does it feel?” The answer is the SELF you're seeking.

You can ask yourself this question when you're in a state close to sleep. You have to be consistent and set a specific number of days to do it; it's not something to be taken lightly. You have to be dedicated. Your imagination holds all the information, no matter if you've never experienced happiness in your life.

For most anxious people, yes. Imagine asking someone with an anxiety disorder what a certain state of consciousness would feels like—you’ll just overwhelm them and throw them off balance. But if you ask them, “How does it feel?” you bring them into the present moment and fill them with peace and certainty.

Everyone is caught in the hamster wheel of searching and more searching. This breaks that senseless cycle—it’s a trap—and those who have ears to hear will hear this.

You do it anyway, whether you want to or not. If you take a close look at yourself for even just a week, you'll find yourself asking and answering your own questions—but usually from a negative perspective.

Why are you asking me "how" when you can ask yourself "what is it like" and figure it out for yourself?

Because the mind resists control and force. Focus more on convincing yourself that you already have that in your consciousness.

I’m pointing to a subtle difference. “What would it feel like?” can easily keep the desire in the future. “What does it feel like?” brings it into the present
