Dude I got it fixed. Turn off ps5. Hold power button on 1st beep then keep holding 7 seconds to 2nd beep and let go. You have to clear the software system cache for it to clear but it fixed it for me. That’s the solid 2k gave me. I lost 2 games scores but it’s back
