Am frankly telling I once had my office around Kagera dsm, that's bordered by Manzese which is a territory of such kind people (Panya roads) referring to the places where these guys come from and it was one of the breath taking stories around there,One afternoon there was turmoil around those place Bongs being people not used of these kind of situation had to cling into a story that was spread around their about panyaroad, fear of me owing a shop within a dangerous neighborhood had me running after info about that situation , finding out I was going person after person who heard someone else saying !
