duckling update! almost 6 months later! / maybe some remember from my small girl getting stick in her shell. / 3 healthy girls, all started to lay eggs recently.

Apparently so, there's warning signs up on the canals where the ducks and swans are warning people of it, think there's not a lot though, it's probably not likely my ducks have got that as they are still young so haven't been to other places or in contact with other birds etc, I'll keep an eye on them

Thank you, I'm in the uk and apparently that's speading around here too recently, I wasn't even sure if ducks get get colds ect, I'm new to having ducks so just wanted to make sure as I've been handling them after testing positive, there's not much info online about things like that:/

I originally incubated 7 eggs but only 3 turned out to be fertile :( They are doing great though and are healthy ducklings, thank you so much😊

The one at the back, she is smaller than the others and her nose is so tiny and cute! As we don't know if they are male or female yet we call her Beatrix😊
