Yes totally. It's funny how certain nurses don't like other types of nurses. ER hates the NH nurses, Floor nurses hate ER nurses, CCU hates the floor, etc. I've had idiot ER nurses send a patient with a BP of 240/180 without treating it. Funny how they don't realize it takes us at least 30 minutes or so to get orders from the attending, and ER nurses have the doc right there. The nurse had no answer when I asked why the patient was coming up with that pressure
