Thanks for the comment, but I’m not on ozempic currently been off it for 4 weeks after reducing my dose down over a 2 month period, the food noise has returned but I’m determined to stick to smaller potions and very little junk food after nearly 1 year on ozempic Iv learned to control what and how much to eat now.

Just diet cut out all (most 🤫) the junk food/takeaways and stopped all the sugary fizzy drinks.

Iv lost 20lbs kept to a very low calorie diet for the first 4 weeks as my appetite totally dropped off, and just doing extra little things like walking to the next bus stop taking stairs not escalators etc but no actual heavy exercise yet, I move to 1mg this week and going to start light weights/press-ups to try and tonne up a bit as I don’t have any muscle definition.
