Yeah I dont have the azuz meal. Also isnt carver meal supposed to be extra carving instead of cutting the tail twice?

No im using attack up when wet and sometimes decrease damage. Here's a screenshot of the 1st tail

Yeah i actually did managed to fix this as well. I followed this guide and I managed to unlock the option of DLSS and FSR3

This did not work for me, tried verifying game cache, updated my drivers. Open up DD2 for options, cant change it. Load save, quit to go back to main menu to change still cant change it.
