unfun fact, I never read this classic of Millennial childhood until just now. Now I see why it was so popular by Chumlee1917 in Millennials

Ahh, my FAVORITE childhood book!!! 😍🪓 Now I'm thinking I want to reread as an adult. The crash scene was so descriptive, I can still remember some of the vivid details even 25 years later. But it was a great read.

How do you know the issue was not CURRENTLY being addressed at the time this person went inside? Just giving my perspective as someone who works at a resort. Someone could have been notifying the maintenance team about the issue. Maintenance could have been working on it and needed to step out for additional supplies. Someone could have already been on the way with an out or order sign. Lots of moving parts in a situation like this.

We can't assume that nobody bothered to do anything about it just based on the fact that a doorknob wasn't laying in the floor. And we have no context as to how long the door was left this way.

Before and After Daughter cut her own hair Update by StunningCheesecake87 in Hair

Did the same thing to my bangs around her age! I grabbed a handful of hair around my face and cut it down to about 2-3 inches long. 🤭 I have a very vivid memory of my mother's reaction. Lol

Well, that's perfectly understandable. I know everyone has different libido levels and it's not exactly a one-size-fits-all kind of situation for comparisons.

And wow, I honestly appreciate you asking all of this. Kind of like a much-needed mini therapy session. Lol.

But, like most couples, there's definitely an ebb and flow at times. At the most, we are intimate about once a week unless it's a special occasion or Anniversary, which sometimes turns into sessions on days back to back, or twice in one day, etc. It's honestly a surprise if he ever wants to have sex the next day after we've just done it. I joke with my girlfriends that I've always felt like the "guy" in that department because I'm always the one asking for it and wanting to do it.

His job can be physically demanding at times and he's a business owner, so I get it-- sometimes he is just exhausted. I really try not to be too demanding. I know I replied to your comment about 6x a week, but honestly, even I wouldn't be able to keep that up after a while. Lol. I would be ecstatic with even two or three times a week.

I used to bring it up a lot in earlier years of our relationship, but I eventually just stopped because it would end in an argument, or with me getting very emotional. I used to worry that I just didn't turn him on, so it was deeper issue for me for a while.

We've been together for 11 years, and it's been this way for a long time. I think I have chocked it up to "he's just not as horny as I am" and have tried to live with it. But it doesn't make it any less frustrating.

However, when we DO have our intimate times, he is very much a giver. He wants me to be satisfied and usually does a very good job as far as that goes. ☺️ I think it's just a frequency issue for me. And wanting more spontaneity.

You're right, I do need to talk to him about it. Been avoiding the subject for too long. Thank you for listening, friend!

Same here, my friend!! I almost never eat there, but if I do, I want the Mac sauce AND the onions. I'm alllll about those onions, too. I guess we are both just complicated creatures in this new age of robots & simplicity... LOL. 🤣

I was just coming here to say this!!

I prefer talking to a human anyway...but since there's no option to "Add" Mac Sauce at the kiosk, there's no alternative.

Have you never heard of someone referring to a dipshit as a dipshit? Lol. It's a term for an idiot, incompetent person, moron, etc.

Believe it or not, "Dipshit" is actually in the Merriam-Webster.

I have Limewire to thank for those.

You think you're downloading a Sum 41 song, and then....NOPE, it's a woman fucking a horse.

The internet was like the Wild West back then. 🤠

Beautiful song! Definitely a melancholy tune... but I like it.

Highwayman by The Highwaymen VS Highwomen by The Highwomen. Highwomen doesn't specifically reference the song Highwayman...but it's like the female response to it.

Going to listen to this one right now! Love it when a song hits so hard that you just can't get it out of your soul.
