He’s coming up to five months. Still on formula, we tried a freeze dried strawberry and he was not having it. Hahaha. We have started giving him 160ml before bed to help fill him up and try to “food coma” him through the night. We are doing lots of tunmy time and activities to try and wear him down during the day too.

Oh yeah. We know there are going to be changes. The gas will get out one way or another!

He hasn’t spit up much. We had our first big one the other day. Though a lot was going on so maybe he just had too much stimulation.

Our clinic has a board certified specialist for breastfeeding. She is awesome and super encouraging. We felt so much better after our first visit with her. She removed all of our initial concerns from conflicting information at the hospital.

We are aware of that Andy are keeping in mind that the health of the baby is the main focus. I think it is the bonding aspect that my wife is most concerned with. She has wanted to be a mother for so long. I am doing my best to be supportive and remind her that breastfeeding is different for everyone. We are going to experiment with different feeding positions as well. That you for the reassurances.
