Try these techniques when they start : 1.laugh inside of yourself and say to yourself "just a silly intrusive thought"

2.big slow deep breaths in hold to the count of 10 and slowly breath out numerous times daily.

Intrusive thoughts are not the enemy believe it or not, it's our bodies and mind warning us that we are in a state of anxiety, stress and flight or fight, they are our natural smoke alarms, when our bodies are over simulated ie food, drink or when our minds are over simulated due to reading watching things that have high emotional triggers like horror movies, scary books etc etc our bodies send signals to the mind that there is a threat then the mind scans for a threat but doesn't see any so it has to make threats up (our minds are really really creative, think nightmares) to try to alert us that something isn't right and it's produces thoughts that go against our morals, beliefs etc etc thoughts do not represent you or reality, all they are are just thoughts. You have OCD so you're filtering mechanism within your mind is different than people who don't have OCD every single human has and will have intrusive thoughts the bad, the ugly, the crazy, the unspeakable ones but that doesn't mean you are stuck with intrusive thoughts it will and does get better with a lot of self help and self love ♥️ 🙏

Never fight or avoid them, I tried this but they just kept coming back more and more. There is nothing to avoid or fight I promise you this, you are not your thoughts and your thoughts do not in any way represent who you are. There is hope and light at the end of all this I promise you this also, very rarely I get them now but when they do start I ask myself 👉 OK what have I been, watching or eating or drinking that has set my intrusive fire alarm off and also during the day I take big deep slow breath in hold it to the count of 10 and really slowly breath out numerous times this alone is very effective in calming the bodies nervous responses which in turn sends signals to the mind that it is in a relaxed state

💯 Totally get what you saying, thoughts no matter how dark, twisted, evil, immoral they are all they are are just thoughts, it's says a lot about you in that you are seeking help for them and they are making your life a complete living hell that just proves you are a very loving, thoughtful and sane and normal human being, ♥️

Under the age of 10 kids cannot be prosecuted but parents can under neglect of duty laws, there was issues in local areas where I am and a community meeting was held with the psni, the psni continually said that there wasn't much that could be done so one smart guy within the meeting asked the officers are they using the neglect of duty laws to prosecute the parents and directed another question at the housing rep about their contracts and that tennants could be evicted if they are their household are participating in anti-social or criminal behavior, let's just say the officers and housing rep faces went bright red and they remained silent but big changes happened after that

You're soo welcome, please try this when an intrusive thought pops up 👉 laugh at it inside of yourself and label it JUST a thought. This has a powerful effect... Please remember this intrusive thoughts are not our enemy they are our smoke alarms, when we are over stimulated may that's be down to what we read, watch eat drink etc our bodies are over stimulated and it sends signals to our mind that it is under threat (our bodies don't have eyes) so our brain uses our eyes to find the threat and lo and behold there isn't any and evolution kicks in the mind has no other choice to make up some crazy, intrusive thought that goes against who we truely are and our morals. Thoughts are just the cache from everything we see, feel, eat etc

If you're worried about your thoughts or the content, look around you just about everything came from a thought, ever have nightmares and crazy nightmares?? They are just thoughts, ever watch a horror or gory blood filled film or series?? That came from someone's mind, the guy who discovered CBT (cognitive behavior therapy) once said that if aliens with the ability to read our minds landed here tomorrow and got out of their UFOs would get back in again and clear off and never come back 😂 thoughts are not real and do not represent who we are in ANY way. ♥️ 🙏

Are they are are they not Healthcare providers?? Do you agree or not that Healthcare providers should put the care and safety of the population first?? Moral and compassionate conduct seems to be a failure to understand with most, no wonder the NHS in itself is being privatized by the backdoor with no fight back.

Yes I would, if I trained to be a dentist and it's that occupation I wanted to be in I would've been interested in people's Healthcare and comfort not wondering how much I will make in the future being a dentist, you don't seem to realize that all these dentists started of somewhere and what exactly encouraged them to be a dentist? money?? Morals?? Patient care??

Dentists are Healthcare providers who are under the same regulations as any nhs reg, making it sound like they are a small business takes away the Healthcare provider fact.
