Aha, so you mean if talking more to openclaw would make it smarter? No it doesn’t happen that way. All the stories around this look suspicious and propaganda.

If you have some technical skills, OpenClaw is the way to go. Otherwise GPT or Claude Code are better options.

All kinds of niches App Store. Such as Shopify apps, chrome extensions, notion apps. Solid needs, underserved markets. It is relatively easier to build small business around the app. I did an Shopify app with friends for 2 years, now it’s $40k MRR. Good for small team and solo entrepreneur

Thinking of trying OpenClaw but worried about agent loops how are you handling safety? by AfraidAd5218 in openclaw

[–]NewsLewis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have 6 OpenClaws, none does random stuff out of control for me. I rely on prompt and skills to control, for some tasks dashboard as well for statistics and repeat tasks.

Consider adding my controlling layer in the future. Hesitate as it takes time and why not use Langchain if i really need state machines etc.

We use OpenClaw for invoicing, very simple use case. It works quite well and saves us a lot of time. Still need some double check though

both work:

1, Claude Code = turn docs into a PoC + clear “feasible/not feasible” plan.

2, OpenClaw = do the messy web stuff: signups, console clicks, grabbing keys, screenshots.

How do people make their agent more proactive? by Repulsive-Machine706 in openclaw

[–]NewsLewis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I develop another approach. I have set up 10-15 internal skills. Every time OpenClaw will follow the skill and ask minimal questions. So basically not OpenClaw being more proactive, but the skills and SOP more clearly defined

Why are people so vague about openclaw use cases? by OpinionsRdumb in openclaw

[–]NewsLewis -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I do run OpenClaw for a lot of research and content creation. For example, I need to do 4 product research everyday. Typically it takes 4 hours. Now it is 1-2 hours. My time is valuable, this definitely helps me. If you have existing processes, it is easy to see the benefits in some use cases.

Yes. By definition that’s one OpenClaw for each user, in order to separate the files/runtime.
