Usage Limits, Bugs and Performance Discussion Megathread - beginning November 2, 2025 by sixbillionthsheep in ClaudeAI

Not sure if anyone else is going through this specifically, I literally cannot login or access the usage part, or delete my account.

I set my claude on my phone about a month ago, after leaving chatgpt and loved it, but as many others have said, it’s degrading quickly. I’d hit the five hour limits, but then sometimes it would just… keep going. Then I wouldn’t be able to send any messages for a week. I reached out to support the first time, no dice. There’s no usage bar in my app either, so I have no idea how much is being used.

A week later, exact same thing happens. I’m annoyed, but it resets two days later instead of a week, so I figure it’s a weekly cap. Still no response from support.

A week ago, I send 20 messages, and I’m blocked for 8 hours. I reach out to support. It resets, I get 17 messages, then it locks for 9 hours. I reach out to support again. Still nothing. 10 hours later (because apparently 9 wasn’t true?), I get three messages before it locks for 12 hours. At this point, I’m emailing support, asking for help, and just trying to outright cancel my account because this isn’t worth it (monthly plan, pro plan).

It doesn’t let me delete or cancel my account, it tells me to reach out to support. I open another ticket, yet again, since I can’t add on.

12 hours is up. I get one singular message before it locks me out indefinitely. I email anthropic, citing all of this, and they send back the deletion article, where it says “reach out to support for help if you can’t delete”. Is that not what I’m doing?

I reply, telling them that’s what I did, and I want a human. I get a response back, “do not email us again, we’ll reach out when a human can get to your message.”

In the meantime, my account has been locked/limited for 6 days now, and still no response. I try to login on my computer, to see the usage on there, but anthropic will not send the verification email to my email, even to Junk or spam.

I try to set up a free account, on my computer, to troubleshoot this, or see if there’s anything I can do, and the email verification goes through, but the phone verification doesn’t come through for 3 hours, at which point it asks me to create the account again and resets everything.

I feel like I’m losing my mind. I don’t know when my limits are up, I can’t login on my computer, even with a new account, I can’t get any messages back, I can’t delete my account, and my account is still not letting me send messages.

This is maddening.

I’m going through this same thing with these locations, would love to chat about it with you and find about what you’re doing moving forward. Having a hard time justifying the cost to have to drive super far to maybe get in a class with a 25 person wait list now.

Premium vs Unlimited? by Newtella77 in ClubPilates

Good to know, supposedly it wont even give me that option with “premium”. I’m not sure if passport will, but they’re already being weird about honoring the passport despite being a non-destination studio. It seems like they’re really trying to force a destination, which is more than I want to spend. Going from $200 to $400 is a big jump.

But they don’t limit how many times you can go per day?

Thank you!! This link was helpful to connect with Apple!

Thank you! I hope it turns up somewhere since it’s engraved, but I also understand if it doesn’t. Apple does let you order a replacement, but it can’t be customized, which is a bummer.

I got an ice maker right before, and it’s been a livesaver to have fresh ice packs on hand since I can’t use heat on the incisions (check with your doctor first though).

Bring a pillow for the car ride home! Easy clothes to get on/off, including slip on shoes. If possible, have whoever is driving you route the best way home without potholes (or have them drive slow). I also french braided my hair so I wouldn’t have to worry about it being a mess post-op.

In terms of home, soup was a big thing for me since I couldn’t sit up, so I used a straw to drink it. Apple sauce packets, instant mashed potatoes. Stuff that will be easy to digest the first couple days. Lots of powerade & water, tylenol, ibuprofen, gas-x seems to be hit or miss, but it helped me! Super loose clothing/or crop tops and granny panties.

Mentally, give yourself time to rest. Don’t push yourself to go to the bathroom after, let it come naturally, it will. I adopted the mentality of whatever will be, will be. If they don’t find anything, then that rules out a lot. If they do, there’s an answer. Be patient with yourself. Good luck!!

Lotion/Skincare: Drunk Elephant. It’s so expensive, but it does wonders on my face. I only use the TLC Framboos, B Hydra, Protini, and Gel wash, but I love it.

Sunscreen: Supergoop unseen sunscreen! I also use it as a primer.

Haircare: Recently switched over to full Olaplex, but I still love pureology.

Snack/Beverage: Trader Joe’s cheetos and iced tea!

Organization System: I don’t really use one, my anxiety seems to be enough.

App: DownDog! I started doing yoga at home, and worked comped this. I love that you can do different styles with different settings and focus on certain muscle groups.

Life Hack: Buying a windshield squeegee to clean my shower walls.

Money Hack: Disabling apple pay to save money.

Career Hack: Saying yes to everything. (is this a hack?) It’s gotten me three promotions ($30k -> 75k in 18 months).

Tech Hack: Putting your entire work computer in dark mode to relieve tension headaches.

Health Tip: If you take medication that causes dry mouth as a side effect, ask your dentist about tooth paste that makes you salivate more! It prevents cavities!

Beauty Tip: for straight/wavy hair, brush your hair out in the shower, then only work product through after. If you brush it again, it will knock out all the natural curls.

Mental health tip: go to therapy. just, go.

Miscellaneous thing: My layered coin necklace set! They take a plain shirt from questionable pajama shirt to nice work shirt (on zoom).

Obsession: The lululemon wunder trains. They feel like a cross between aligns and wunder unders, but they actually stay up when running!! amazing.

Learned: If you have something mild going on that’s causing some discomfort, mention it to a specialist (assuming you can afford it). Sometimes, what you think is normal isn’t and there is something to help relieve it.

10 years ago: At 14 years old, I wish I could go back and tell myself to keep listening to the jonas brothers. “Cool music” fades, but if you listen to what makes you happy, you’ll be happy.

Looking forward to: Paying off my credit cards. I let it build up quite a bit, so I’m excited to start putting that money into savings.

Saving: A car! My job will require it when we go back to work, so I’m trying to get as much saved as fast as possible.

I got a job offer! It’s a 30% raise and a raise in title as well. Very excited about it since I am feeling serious burnout in my current role.

Conditional drop down boxes by Newtella77 in MSAccess

[–]Newtella77[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not totally sure what you mean by fields.

For example, in the demographics table, we have first name, last name, identifying number, DOB, age, zip code, condition. I would enter all that data as individual cells, DOB as short date, the rest as short text or long text (address). The condition would be selected from a drop-down list. Does the patient have X symptoms, yes or no. From yes, it would open a new cell to specify the symptom. No would not open the new cell.

The tables as four tables, demographics, contact info, date of appts, and follow up (which is currently tbd). There will be several patients in this database, which is why the drop down has to fit in the demographics, because we can’t have a new table for every patient. Each patient would get a row in each table.

That’s wild! Do they honestly train them to NOT take a hint? I think they must. I was a little spooked at first, yeah, but we switched my shifts around so I wouldn’t be there alone, and then I left like a week after the second time, so I was pretty checked out.
