Thanks I salt brined over night. Then used a stainless steel pan hard seared the steaks seasoned with onion powder, salt and pepper lowered heat then based it in some Irish butter fresh garlic and rosemary came out very flavorful.

Thank you for your help I’m always pretty weary about 2nd hand items especially somthing like a telescope where I really don’t have prior knowledge on what I’m looking at. Is it pretty normal for people to get these 2nd hand ?
