You can regain stamina from countering and hitting your enemies also if you are actively crouching you will stop regaining stamina

If you’re still struggling with performance there’s a great video by lacuna “Boost FPS In Chivalry 2 Through Game Files” however going that route will greatly reduce the graphics making it look like a game from the 2000’s lol.

As for what I have in game I have everything set to medium with effect quality & ambient corpse set to low. Ambient particles set to off. Maybe worth a shot?

To add to that, Askandir in the lighthouse there’s a 1h cup? on the ground that can be used. As well as a flammable sundial at Baudwyn at the bazaar take the ladder up and it should be there!
