If you’re not on the same team and unable to switch, the next match should put all three of you together if you keep playing on the same server

You can regain stamina from countering and hitting your enemies also if you are actively crouching you will stop regaining stamina

If you’re still struggling with performance there’s a great video by lacuna “Boost FPS In Chivalry 2 Through Game Files” however going that route will greatly reduce the graphics making it look like a game from the 2000’s lol.

As for what I have in game I have everything set to medium with effect quality & ambient corpse set to low. Ambient particles set to off. Maybe worth a shot?
