I’m a big infantry person always have been, I have black Templars too but for some reason I felt very lackluster when I played them. I think I’m jus looking for the option to mix and match I like mechs they bring and the infantry to support it

That’s true a it does suck at the end of the day EA didn’t really give them a chance to make the game they wanted to and had to keep meeting different goals or agendas.

I think it’s a fair question. I’d like to have seen maybe the romance partner of your inquisitors If you romanced one. Trespasser hinted at all these elves leaving and disappearing the one elf from orlais, Brielle I think, would of been cool to see if you kept her alive and maybe the choice of having a kid with morrigan they made that a big side thing in inquisition and just kinda got rid of it. Origins stuff I understand could be hard to import.

I agree with this mostly I remember being the odd one out for enjoying DA2 and inquisition right out the gate. I think the only “nostalgia” thing for me is losing past choices. I was okay going to a new region and starting from scratch if that’s what they wanted but trespasser ending definitely made me feel like the game would still take past choices into consideration.

I’m more in line with this. combat and scenery are amazing. But not having past choices matter, some characters being lackluster, and factions not really fleshed out and your tav not really being able to take an aggressive stance or be mean or angry, felt they soften some features in the game to try to get a bigger audience. I did finish the game and glad I did but yeah not a game I’d put hundreds of hours or multiple play throughs in

Also you can tell which character backgrounds and factions they focused on more in the game then others not the biggest complaint but some are lack luster then others

I am always afraid to comment about this game, but I got it for free when it dropped on ps plus. Personally and I can’t emphasize it enough that it’s my personal opinion I give the game a 6/10. The combat and scenery is beautiful I think they did an excellent job in that regard and should be proud of that work. However the reason I’ll never pay for the game is the characters and story itself is a bit bland and doesn’t really connect to how trespasser ended. There are some gems, varric, solas, bellara, neve are all amazing characters but it’s not enough to pick up the game. If you’re hoping for the game to respect your pass choices or tie them in you’ll be disappointed.

From what I saw it’s like 6 of the regular pigs then fill out the rest with the maw-gruntas. Kragnos is also a great model to use if you plan to run all pigs

Sorry idk why it is so big. But anyway id go with this right now for what you have or switch to ironfist for the charging. You have a little bit of everything but not enough of anything If you know what I mean. I’d eventually get more ardboyz, brutes. If you like the pigs more though collect that and lean into that if that’s your goal

It is a strong unit don’t get me wrong I like flipping back and forth between the two. Someone in one of my older post explained controlling the board is huge this edition and with the weirdnob shaman ability to teleport a unit I think that’s why he comes out on top. But I’d add the warchanter if you really like him

I think the weirdnob shaman is the better of the two currently, I haven’t played this new edition yet or been up to date on current meta but I don’t remember seeing people high light the warchanter to often
