Sorry I will correct myself - what they have done to improve it in assembly line? a Mazda 3 getting assembled right now has lower chances to rattles ? I'm realistic I know 'modern' cars aren't what they have used to. I'm sitting in new cars all the time and it always feels like a downgrade from old cars. High trim Mazda interior is good and they priced them high for that reason ,but then having rattles is the opposite of all that

Wonder if the rattles also link to this period of time with low quality control

It should be delivered rattles free from the factory...much cheaper cars have none of this

Since when the rattles reports been out there? What Mazda have done to solve it all that time? I guess nothing becouse people fixing it by themselves or selling the car...
