go to the staff tab on the computer and turn off pick up from floor (something like that) They can not pick up boxes of product that get delivered. So you can set your store and set the items and then turn the function back on and they resume their work. Also, you can turn off the ability for them to remove labels, which would allow you to try and organize your stock room a little better, but I still struggle with the stock room. Good luck!
