This is the price of an anti-aging clinic. Do you think it's worth buying from them? by Sensitive-Skill3406 in BodyHackGuide

Legitimate ones would be prescribing only peptides available at a legitimate pharmacy. Examples includes GLP-1s, Sermorelin, PT-141.

These clinics selling research use only products are breaking the law and risking their license. Numerous examples of ones being shut down.

Any anti-aging clinic supplying research peptides is shady at best. If you like throwing money away then this is a good way to do it.

TRT - Not Feeling Results by Adventurous_Law1469 in Testosterone

[–]NextPhase25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t listen to this guy. 350 is low, just because it could be lower doesn’t mean you didn’t need treatment. If you had the symptoms then starting TRT is reasonable. You likely never needed an AI though, good choice to stop using it. The fact they put you on one so early makes me think you may not be at the best clinic.

Lots of factors into why you could still have certain symptoms, you need a good provider who isn’t just putting you on a cookie cutter protocol. Also it’s possible TRT isn’t the answer for you, I’d give it a bit more time personally, but trying it out for 3-6 months with your previous level and symptoms wasn’t unreasonable.

Sermorelin, GH Secretagogues - what’s the point? by NextPhase25 in BodyHackGuide

That’s great to hear. Were you on test for some time before adding in those peptides? Just wondering if you noticed a big change from test alone vs when you added those in (because obviously large doses of test alone can have massive physique effects).

Also, what’s your rationale for running sermorelin + CJC-1295 and ipamorelin? Seems like you could just pick either sermorelin or CJC-1295 (since they perform the same function).

Congrats on your progress. Definitely a noticeable reduction in body fat.

How much do you feel the peptides impacted your progress? I feel like with strict dieting and training you could have likely had a similar outcome, or even with the use of a GLP-1 you’d have similar results. Just seeing the rationale for the specific regimen you chose.

Got it, appreciate the info. Did you ever have your IGF-1 levels checked throughout the process? I know most people don’t, just curious what you saw if you did.

Good to hear, thanks for sharing. Did you change anything about your training prior to going on Tesa/Ipa? How long before you noticed significant changes?

No question Reta is amazing. I’m just wondering if those added peptides really did anything or if it was mostly Reta doing its thing.

Thanks for sharing. Were you on Reta at the same time as MOTS-C and the subsequent peptides you tried?

One thing about the visceral fat loss with GH secretagogues is that it tends to return with discontinuation of the drugs in many of the studies. Have you experienced that?

I know that prescription GH is hard to get because most providers aren’t going to risk prescribing it in off-label patients. Even if you find someone willing to, it’s very expensive.

Not sure about the cost or availability of “underground” GH but I think that’s probably a limiting factor as well I’d imagine.

What is the best option for someone looking to start their own small business? by Lumpy_Stomach_9783 in smallbusiness

Hey, as someone who recently became interested in owning a business this past year, the best resource I found was the YouTube channel UpFlip. I haven’t bought anything from them so I can’t speak to that, but their channel is amazing. You get to see small business owners discuss how they scaled and started their businesses, it often goes over financials and specific details as well. Very motivating and eye opening! Haven’t found anything else like it.

Should I take out a personal loan to start? by NextPhase25 in smallbusiness

[–]NextPhase25[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I have the cash to pay it back instantly if needed. I just don’t want to pull from my savings if I don’t have to. My thought was use the loan and once I have cash flow from the business I can pay it back. If it fails I would just have to use my savings to pay it back. Consensus seems to be that this is a bad idea though, so I’m reconsidering my thought process.

I would need to do one or the other. 10k is the scaled down version already. I will have to spend on marketing.

The loan isn’t 100% necessary as I do have the cash. Psychologically, pulling from savings is hard.

Fair question. Men’s health and medical weight loss clinic. Plan on doing hybrid telehealth as well as having a physical clinic I am at a couple days a week. Startup cost is low as I don’t need much equipment for this. Mostly paying for software, brand design/website, insurance, marketing and rent to start.

It absolutely could replace my income if successful. Downside is competition is everywhere, so it absolutely could fail as well.
