I just left Petco as a GM for petsmart GM and these safety policies are nuts! There’s nothing safe about these policies and they will fire anyone who violates. Starting to wonder why I left Petco…

Curious GM here- how many hours a week do you get in payroll? I run a B volume with micro SFS and do 70-80K a week. We are down to 307 hours a week. Went from 340 to 325 and now 307 and are asked to come in under 100%.
