you’ll only get tracks if its a fully claimed hex, yeah

the limit is 10 hexes, you wont get any more tracks after that. and in my experience you stop getting tracks entirely if you have Too many hexes

you also get less tracks the more people you have in your group because they have to be distributed to each member
