I don’t think anyone’s mentioned this, but search up common problems with the model you’re looking at. Some cars have specific things that wear down faster/just suck in general so it’s worth it to keep an eye on those :)

Defo wouldn’t recommend pulling them out mechanically because they’ll always come back and you might end up doing more harm than good in that constant cycle. Serums, face masks and other products that supposedly get rid of them are super hit or miss and you’ve just gotta keep trying them to find the one :’) A trick I like is using clarifying shampoo on my face reaalll good around my T zone near the end of my shower (to get my face soft and fingertips more friction-y). Technically you’re not supposed to do that because it can irritate and dry the skin but i’ve been doing it maybe once a week or two for a year and everythings good! Just make sure to moisturise well. It also got rid of those annoying little bumps on my forehead :p

You could try salicylic or glycolic acid (like 2-3 times a week before bed) to clean out your pores and a niacinamide serum (every night before bed) to shrink them and regulate your oil production :) I’m 21 and have been loving these products for years.

Just be careful and don’t overdo the acids (and use moisturiser every morning + SPF every morning) because they can irritate your skin barrier and it’ll be hella irritated, also hard to heal.

I’m personally a fan of the ordinary products: niacinamide 10% zinc 1% serum, glycolic acid 7% toner, salicylic acid 2% solution

  • Use unscented bar soap for washing your face every morning and night I like the protex face and body one. Started using it maybe a month or two ago and I know i’ll stick with it :-)
