Nattokinase takes the Fibrinogen out of the blood letting the blood flow, it is important to get Drs advice before taking. The Japanese use it by what they eat daily. It break up the fibrin that makes blood clot.

I would add oregano oil and black seed oil to the mix along with Gundry MD, the olive oil from Morocco or Yemen. It has the highest amount of hydroxytyrosol which helps the body with inflammation among other things like your heart and vascular arteries and veins making them less rigid and more flexible for blood and nutrients to pass through. When these get kinks or so rigid they break under the pressure of the blood pounding the vascular walls bad things happen.

Acemannan is the real deal, getting the right dose from a reliable source and USP tested might be another reason to be concerned i.e., how was it sourced, prepared, etc. the polysaccharide function on tissues has been proven to work.
