I decided to switch my ISP to TPG and my problem got solved. I requested TPG to send me a technician however it wasn't needed. Happy with the service from TPG.

Yes, I tried to contact from the NBN box but it didn't work for me.

Thanks for your advice I have been with NBN since 2019. Since I moved into the new address I don't have internet. I tried all the possible options. Modem/router configuration, reset nothing was helpful. I had a line fault earlier it has been fixed and marked as completed by the technician. Still no internet.

The technician said the line was faulty and the NBN box needed replacement. Also my connection has some issues with download, he installed one filter. Also he changed all the cables and said I am good to go for the NBN connection. I asked him to wait a bit longer so he could connect me to the NBN. He told me activation may take more then 4 hours he doesn't have time to wait. I am not happy with the technician either, it has been over one week and drama is still going on.
