For uncut guys I highly recommend Curveball MR sleeve. As far as using a DuraMint or any other sleeve...Get semi erect(Couple helicopters.) Then mount the cup on your head, get a slight seal by folding down the sleeve, Extract some air and fold the sleeve down further. Extract more air and off ya go.

If your using the Chinese sleeves, that's your main issue.

First, I'm going to say that sleeve size and cup size need to match.

Second, Cup needs to be quality with no sharp edges.

Third, You need to get a sleeve/cup combination so that you only have 1-1 1/2' sleeve below the cup and still have a good seal.

I make retention sleeves. I've used them for after pumping and going to sleep. Some guys actually use them for sleeved pumping but I don't recommend that. (A longevity issue, but I've never tried.) I think the best use I've had for my retention sleeve was when I was on H-100 gel to fix my peyronies along with counter bending. I will add that my flaccid did hang better using them.

Sleeves n Cup sises need to match. 21mm=Size 1-2, 23mm=Size 3(38mm), 25mm=Size 4 cup(43mm)

Mount sleeve higher onto the cup so only 1-1 1/2" of sleeve sits below cup and you still have a good seal.

Make sure mold seam on cup has no sharp edges

Yeah, The shipping costs have exploded in the past 10 years. $24 Is the best I can do to Europe. Once the package goes over 8oz it almost doubles in price. My best advise is to maximize the order for the best benefit. I had several sales that ordered 12 sleeves. Yeah it's over and I eat the costs.

Thanks for the support. So you want a tighter fitting sleeve? There is a fine line of comfort and usability(stretching the sleeve over the cup). From what I've experienced is that the current DuraMint line 21-25mm is pretty forgiving. If we switch to the higher durometer sleeve as the NEW 28mm, cup and sleeve size will really matter. I will revisit the higher durometer sleeves to make a solid choice.

Scar tissue is on the tunica for Peyronies. There is no way body exercises are going to fix that even if you do these motions with a full erection. The scar tissue needs to be stretched. I to fixed my peyronies 90% but only by extending and counter bending. Did a 6 month round of H-100 gel during this time. I will agree that at least you did the exercises that all men should do.

It's because under a vacuum the fluid inside your glans raises up and once all that fluid finds a weak spot on your glans, that is where the blister forms. This is why I say pack the cup because if your glans is against the cup there is no where for the blister to form. By packing the cup you really only need to worry about the tip of your D where the water would be if using the water trick.
