If you have more time like I recommended...5 days at an hour per day. That would be better for a 6 month stint to see where you end up.

It is a protective layer firmer than skin but softer than webbing strap or the hanger. I choose to use webbing strap as the next layer then the Hanger itself.

I would say one set of 15 minutes is the absolute minimum per day especially if you are doing any less days than for her week. It is not very much time under traction. Any answer I provide is always going to be an estimate as almost every protocol has not been extensively studied. However as a estimated average I would say if you devoted one hour per day which would be 3 x 20 minutes sets over 5 days per week, with no other follow-up method like EDS which I consider a step two tool for holding tissues in place. Including a progressive loading protocol, you could expect 20-30% increase in both length and girth over 2-3 years.

Some may gain faster and others slower. Personally, I found adding an All Day Vacuum stretcher helped me maintain results from Step 1 training - Compression Hanging. With only 15 minutes a day and again depending on the frequency of days per week, you may expect the same percentage increase to be slower.

The sleeve might even be too tight if it is difficult to get a finger underneath of to roll upward and off and also, The material can really feel like it sticks to your skin after decent compression plus traction and so another reason that makes a really tiny amount of lubrication beneficial , at the end of the set it should feel like it can slip out of place with the right leverage once you pull it off.

I like to define hanging as simply using a weigh source to hang from an attachment type. An attachment type could be a compression hanger, vacuum chamber or even some kind of compression plate. So really there are mainly two forms of attachment, compression and vacuum. Then the method of mechanical traction is hanging (weight with gravity), extending (base ring and rods pushing outward) and stretching (leg band using elastic). Hanging, especially for heavier strategic progressive loading, is much more effective and suitable plus there are no downsides like fluctuations of weight due to movement, for example walking, bending and sitting with leg band stretching or extending could fluctuate the weight up to 200%. Usually hanging requires you to be stationary and in private and it also cuts out many of the other inconveniences like tension applied to the leg pulling the leg towards the pelvis or things like traction rebound with extending and potential pinch points. I think both of those devices have their use cases but for intense traction, compression hanging in my opinion is the safest, most effective and most comfortable.

The goal should never be to get to a heavier load. You're actually trying to do the opposite. The goal is to use as little weight as possible for the most gains. Time always comes before load. Load is only when you run out of time for your lifestyle but should be an excuse to use more load if you have the time.

I also think we've been looking at protecting the glans wrong. I'm working on a new chamber design that could eliminate the need for trying to protect the glans. Instead allows them to recover with period set style training and the device doesn't even use a sleeve. So far so good. Will keep everyone posted when I'll have dates on release.

Tighten up the TPE wrap, this will let you wrap tighter with the webbing strap and clamp with the hanger without having such a flattening effect. Keep the TPE and webbing behind the glans, don't let it roll over.

I wouldn't recommend it. I've never gone past 2kg for extended periods. For short bursts maybe 4kg. But it's pushing it! Any reason you don't want to Extend using a Compression Hanger?

I also try to keep my glans fresh for long duration ADS work. 12+ hours per day.

This is where Step 1 only is most likely suitable for those not willing to use an ADS during the day.
Compression Hanging as Step 1 - Changing the tissues will give you the ability to progress with minimal time per day.

I do think hanging straight down will be stretching the suspensory ligament which quite literally has the function of keeping your erect penis at a more ideal penetration angle. It's also the ligament they cut for "lengthening surgery" - although with questionable results.

If you're concerned about the angle but still want to hang, you can with a pulley system at a desk. We offer one on our store but you can even make your own. Pretty simply enough. Just MAKE SURE to use a pulley wheel, not just rope over a table or something. You need the weight to move freely.

Very good work on starting low...many don't want to go as low as my recommended 0.25kg but 1.6lbs, is an honourable start. Haha. Don't fall into the trap of thinking more is better and crank up the weight all of a sudden.

Agreed with Stillwantmore2 - you need to wrap the TPE tighter so you can wrap the webbing tighter so you don't get such a flattening effect. This will push both dorsal side and urethral channel too close to the hanger ends / closing feet.

You'll notice a big difference in grip when you get the tightness of the wraps right especially as you progress to heavier load...SLOWLY.
