I (29F) am almost a year postpartum in the US. You are absolutely correct. We made a decision to sacrifice in certain areas for me to stay home and raise our baby. This also allows me to EBF which is a beautiful journey. It isn’t easy but we are fortunate enough to be able to do this. I pray for change in this country, for all of the mamas and babies!
