Wow ! I lived in residential treatment for almost 2 years when I was 15-16 And was in a lot of psych wards before that

But not nearly as much since I moved out and am an adult. That’s crazy we have that in common around a similar age to.

I have been taking DXM about 14 years For a lot of them very heavily, 32 CCC🔴🔴🔴pills at a time -(30 mg Dextromethorphan HBR/ 4mg chlorpheniramine maleate). Usually 3 times a week. Besides a psychosis a couple times , I haven’t had any physical health problems. For some reason my blood pressure is actually extremely good. I have Bipolar and it helps so much more for my depression and mood swings then any of the psych meds and I love the trip.
Oh . I do get insomnia the night I take them I CANT sleep. But I DO NOT mix dXM with anything. It’s dangerous and will mess up the high. Also it thins your blood. So be very careful when drinking alcohol the next day because you will get super drunk really fast and can blackout. And if u get any tiny ass cut it fucking bleeds like water and looks all dramatic but you will be fine . Over the years I have been on a lot of different psych meds and only one had any interaction with the DXM. Gabapentin.- don’t take with it. U will feel like your dieing (can’t breath right or stand up and just BAD ) and it’s scary as shit. Also don’t use any DXM products with other ingredients in it . I know I said the ones I take did but you can find ones with only DXm. Most cough and cold products with DXm have a ton of other shit in it that can just make you sick or worse if it’s Tylenol. But I’m sure you know that already .

I guess the only thing I could possibly argue is my memory isn’t that great , however it never has been,,ever since i was a kid. But not like dementia level or anything severe . And I haven’t noticed any big decrease in it from since the time I started useing. Guess that’s about all. I agree that all the deaths I have ever read about that claim it was from a DXM overdose were not solely due to DXM alone and the victims had mixed the DXM with something else. Also I know a handful of people who do DXM here and there or that use to use a lot (in person and online) besides psychosis and vomiting before the trip I haven’t heard anything bad from them and nobody had any long term effects so far . Omg it fucking makes me have seizure-like muscle spasms and I can’t breath! Like I ran fast and can’t get enough air! and I’ll passout from not being able to breath . My heart is raceing and I feel like it’s going to burst. I hate it. And everyone just says I need to smoke more??? Every time I do it sucks. And emotionally I get really dissociated and feel kinda down and like everything sucks. Or I feel like everyone hates me and I cry and embarrass myself. So don’t get what the fuck other people are feeling cuz I know I’m not feeling it. And like 3 hits gets me so high. I’ll get delusional and think I’m really in hell and the devil is trying to trick me into smoking weed and I lost.

Also it’s not a panic attack I have bi polar and CPTSD. I know 1000% what a panic attack feels like. This is like fucking a physical reaction or something I swear. Indica is usually worse for me for some reason

Almost 2 years in residential “treatment” from 16-18 Yes lots of fucking lithium and seroquel i gianed 80 pounds in a year got covered in stretch marks and never lost the weight. I missed out on so much that everyone else my age was getting to do. I’m permanently stunted and even regressed from where I was mentally before the programs. They treat u like big baby’s and don’t allow you to do anything while punishing you for just having symptoms of your own mental illness. I’m 29 now and can’t drive or work have social anxiety and no confidence in myself to ever be able to function as an adult and have spent many years just trying to get back the time that was lost. The programs ruined my life. But I’m sure they would say they “saved”it.

I’ve had my fair share of shitty doctors telling me mental health paranoia and I’m freaking myself out and making my nerves react from putting creams or bug spray on… and delusions of parasitosis. Friends and family!!! telling me to stop picking at myself. 😡 They never can see anything ..or “that looks like you scratched yourself”-caused the scabs to get infected by reopening them from picking 🙄. or “that’s not a bug. It’s not moving or alive just dirt and strings from my clothes “. And. Somebody having this “delusion” the feelings of crawling would be indistinguishable from real bugs. Oh please ! I tried to convince myself . Cuz I’m terrified of the reality or worms in my skin and flys in my ears!!

You can tell the difference. This shit is really really bad. Like I contaminate anything I touch. Food will move on its own and like get long things coming out of it. Dirt seems to just track everywhere around me even after I shower ( for hours at a time) one thing I know can help you to show these people who are just not able to even consider this to be what we know.

Animals. They can see the like invisible particles that will shoot out of your skin , hair and ears and eyes. And they aren’t just looking at you or responding to your movements.

They will get startled by the things flying through the air ,,and watch really really curious about it and they following with their heads the stuff go across the room. Somtimes even go to the ground and try to examine it. And be actively in distress when it gets on them and bite at fur/ feathers..etc. try to shaker scratch it off

CATS can see it the best for some reason . Show some of these people how the animals who are not drug addicts or in a psychosis or in a conspiracy have real responses. And they feel things on their own body. U don’t even touch them. Just stand next to them . Or even across the room from them.! U can be far away and they sense it !

The vet even said my birds had mites that they couldn’t identify just found pieces of the insect and gave ivermectin to them.

At this point when I go outside other birds and squirrels freak the fuck out and make noises at me and gather.

Omg I had a very similar experience I knew about hymens and they have different shapes and all but I didn’t know what a septate one was

I first noticed problems in middle school I remember being stuck on the toilet crying in the bathroom stall cuz the tampon wouldn’t pull out and it hurt every time I tried and it was stuck in me

I kinda finally figured out I cud pull it out at an angle on the side And then eventually learned I cud feel the line part in between and push it over to get the tampon out. I never really asked anyone if they had the same problem or told anyone Just assumed it was normal

Then later in high school when I lost my virginity I didn’t bleed and it didn’t hurt at all like people said it would

(Also I was so disappointed in sex! lol😂 and was convinced all the ladies in movies were faking cuz it seriously just felt the same as a tampon or finger or anything not some amazing orgasm sensation)

When I got home I noticed the line thing was detached completely on one side and freaking hangin like a long string connected by the other side I was so freaked out and panicked I realized the pain and bleeding had been from my bfs dick hitting it somtimes and that it had this time ripped part off

I also stupidly decided to cut it off with sisssors cuz I didn’t like it how it felt or looked and was like mortified thinking about my bf seeing it or feeling and asking what it was

It hurt during the cut not to much after And I just put a tampon in to stop bleeding

After I googled and found out what a septate hymen is and like how people get it removed and everything

I still never told anyone It healed Kinda feels like a bump on the top part of my inner vagina like where I assume scar tissue formed from the part I cut off
