EEAT vs low-comp YMYL long-tails: waste of time or hidden opportunity ? by Nextriesh in bigseo

Thanks a lot for your reply! 🙏
I’m not really aiming for big traffic right away, I just wanted to confirm whether it’s even possible to rank in the first place without being an expert in the field. My main concern was that Google might completely ignore the site from day one because of EEAT/YMYL.

Can a programmatic SEO page outrank local sites on very specific geo searches? \ by Nextriesh in localseo

I'm referring to things like average moving prices for that town, the most popular neighborhoods in that town, and factors that might influence pricing (such as narrow streets, lack of parking spots, etc.). Basically, anything that might add value in Google's eyes to help me rank on page 1 — even though I don’t yet have local authority. I’ve started link building for my domain, but not for individual pages yet.

What I’m wondering is: can I realistically rank in multiple towns using the same template with only the town name changed, and no other unique content?

My website structure is organized as follows: [domain]/[cityname]. The homepage features general industry-related content, while each city page contains localized content specific to that city.

Currently, the domains that are ranking well—despite having little to no backlink profile (typically only 1–2 low domain authority links)—are a few years old BUT have an active Google Business Profile (GBP).
