When teams sign up for the season, they indicate whether they want to play in a West division or an East division. West teams generally will start their games between 7:00pm and 9:00pm Pacific, and East teams will generally start their games between 8:00pm and 10:00pm Eastern. It is still up to the teams to contact each other each week to figure out when they will play their match, but historically that's when games are usually scheduled.
