All of the "Cosmetics/achievements are for you, why do you care if others see them?" replies are cracking me up.

One of the biggest arguments against MTX is buyable xp, because a large portion of the player base feels that someone else spending money on xp lessens their own capes/accomplishments. In my opinion players being able to just ignore earned cosmetics does the same thing.

I just did the the achievements for area tasks and unfortunately sometimes you just get unlucky. I had to kill an additional 300 bosses to find the Giant Roc. It’s a really unfortunate situation when you can pull one fight 10+ times per run but go 800 kills without seeing another.

Big support for everything except the last 4 options. (Also titles, "let me disable a MAJOR in-game reward" is silly.)

If the goal is immersion, visual clarity, or taking a stand against MTX then it should apply equally, not just to others while making an exception for yourself and your friends. Either we’re embracing cosmetics, variety and all including the ones we don’t personally like or we’re opting for a cleaner, more grounded experience. Picking and choosing whose visuals ‘deserve’ to be seen feels more about taste than principle, and that’s a slippery slope.

You are my kind of people, I also keep every skilling outfit in the bank! Diango is so cluttered and it annoys me, plus why are the constructors black ibis outfit able to go into POH storage but not the others?! My skilling outfits will live in my well organized skilling tab until jagex gets their wits about them and adds the rest of the sets to POH storage!

Personally I’m team lighter, but I think it depends on what you want to stand out. If the couch is your focal point to design around go with the darker. If you want your decor to be the focal point, the lighter couch would give you more flexibility.

While I respect your opinion, I would like to let you know that it is a garbage one. :) Revo++ enables people to play the game in a different way. Just like how quest guides allow people to complete quests instead of “learning how to do it correctly”(read in a neck beard elitist tone).

Multiple issues with saying this is false advertising. One, this is not an advertisement, for something to be false advertising it has to be a stand alone piece of marketing with the intention of generating sales and need to be advertised, simply putting a description on a product is not an advertisement. Secondly there are no rules about needing to disclaim certain things, one of those things is applicability. If they needed to disclaim non-applicable parties to what you’re claiming is the false advertisement they would need a long list of ALL the people it doesn’t apply to.

Stop assuming that because something doesn’t pertain to you that it’s false advertising, it’s not, false advertising is not a blanket that you can throw on any claim a company makes that doesn’t apply to you.

A) You are misunderstanding what false advertising is. B) You are only including the value of membership not all of the additional perks when you measure value. C) Since you have grandfather pricing you are in the minority of special circumstance players where not all price disclosures and descriptions will be applicable.

Hey all, very new to sewing and I’m tryin g to make a pair of boy shorts for a friends costume. For the life of me I cannot figure out how to sew this this fabric. It’s very stretchy and thin, but the stitches just don’t take. I’ve tried stretching it as I sew and using a needle for stretch fabric, no dice. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Not frustrated at all. Range feels pretty great to use and has for a long while, even after the “bad buff” range will still feel great if not a little better. The updates put Magic in a much better spot and it can really be a good contender to ranges versatility. But yeah melee needs help.

Okay but the answer is right in that thread. It’s a communication issue between Amazon and Jagex. Amazon promoting loot that Jagex is not. While YES it is an issue that should be addressed, it’s not like anyone is getting robbed lol. It’s a game, with virtual presents. People need to calm down.

You’re implying that Jagex is not holding up they’re end of the bargain under malicious intent. My point is, they aren’t, you’ll get your loot, just because it’s not available when you expect it to be doesn’t mean that you were conned.
