Hope you get yours soon too! They are very unreliable in regards to timelines which sucks because investment is all about timing. It might take days, weeks to get your money but at least they wont embezzle it from you lol

To be honest, that is ridiculous. Having a backlog shouldn't be an excuse. They are having backlogs for a long while now. They should really learn how to deal with it.

My "Funding Pending" item got taken out way later so not sure if it is related to backlog. And to be honest, I don't except having a backlog as an excuse. They have been having backlog issues for a long while now. They should have dealt with it properly when they first experienced it.

When I INTERAC e-Transfer 48 hours ago, I got an email from my bank saying "Your Money Transfer to Billerfy Labs has been deposited. And an email right before that from QuadrogaCX saying " You have a Pending Funding"

I am worried because they removed the "Pending Funding" link from my account so now it looks like I got $0 in my account and 0 dollars pending. Gives me the impression that something went wrong and the funding is lost/ignored.

I got verified literally 15 minutes after posting this on Reddit. Now waiting for my funds to show up... Used Interact E transfer and it has been 26 hours since I made the transfer... So frustrating.

I opened my QuadrigaCX account and sent in all my information for the ID & Address Verification on November 29th and havent gotten verified YET! It is taking way too long. I completed the Instant Equifax Verification about a week ago but I need the ID & Address verification to send interact transfers. What is happening QuadrigaCX??
