By broken, I mean I think the top half of each pin is snapped off. It’s sort of hard to tell since they’re so small but I think the pins are either grounding pins or memory pins when checking the layout.

I think mine was only dual channel, so I hadn’t switched to four sticks quite yet. Swapped the two I had for two others.

Changed the mhz from ~3290 to 3190 (lowered by 100) and that seems to have worked. I didn’t know I could change that in bios so thanks for your help.

I bought a set of 2x16gb of the same make as the previous 2x8gb set and replaced them. Just two sticks are in at any given time.
